My Health Journey

Being an MBA, i was working in MNC, where my job primarily involved long hours of sitting at a desk. Over the time, I gradually gained weight without even realizing it. When my parents introduced me to the Health & Fitness industry that I truly became aware of the changes in my body and lifestyle.

Initially, I approached health with a casual attitude, not fully committed to the process. However, once I started noticing results—particularly the loss of excess weight—I became more serious and dedicated. Within just 3 months, I lost 10kg and reduced 10 inches, a transformation that truly changed my life.

What’s even more remarkable is that I’ve been able to maintain these results for the past 14 years. This journey not only transformed me physically but also sparked a deep passion for fitness, leading me to become an active marathon runner and wellness advocate.

To date, I’ve helped over 2000 individuals achieve their own health and fitness goals, using a sustainable, science-based approach that promotes long-term wellness. My mission is to inspire others to take control of their health, just as I did—with consistency, accountability, and the right mindset.
